🦌 IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR OUT-OF-STATE HUNTERS! 🦌

As hunting season gets underway, we want to remind our customers of Washington State’s regulations regarding out-of-state wild game.

Butcher Boys cannot accept bone-in meat from the following animals harvested outside of Washington State:

🦌 Deer

🫎 Elk

🫎 Moose

🦌 Caribou

If you’re hunting out of state and plan to bring your game to us for processing, all meat must be completely deboned BEFORE entering Washington State.

These regulations are in place to help prevent the spread of Chronic Wasting Disease (CWD) and protect our wildlife populations.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation! If you have any questions about bringing in wild game for processing, please give us a call before dropping it off.

Good luck this hunting season, and stay safe out there!

What if Chicken Cordon Bleu was a hot dog? 👀🌭

Well… we did it.

Our Cordon Bleu Dogs are made of ground chicken, our own in-house smoked ham, and Swiss cheese —all stuffed into a hog casing.

🔥 Grill ’em. Air fry ’em. Pan fry ’em.
🧀 Get that cheese nice and melty.
🌭 Then try not to eat three.

Available at Butcher Boys—come grab a pack and give ’em a try!

Fresh from the smoker and sliced just how you like it 🔥🦃

Our in-house smoked turkey breast lunch meat starts with whole turkey breasts — never ground, pressed, or formed. Just real turkey, brined and smoked right here in our shop.

Choose from:
• Regular Smoked Turkey
• Pepper Smoked Turkey

We’ll slice it as thin or thick as you want and you can get as little or as much as you need.

Skip the pre-packaged deli meat and come get the real deal! 🙌
