Happy 4th of July. The smoking crew will be up and going on Friday morning. Lunch will be available to those that are interested.

We will have:
Fresh smoked Beef Brisket $8
Pulled pork $7
Pulled chicken $6
Smoked chicken wings $5 (1/2 dozen)
Smoked Baby Back Ribs $15 (1/2 slab) $24 (whole)
Corn on the Cob ($2) ear
Tater wedges $1 for 6

Drinks:
Mt Dew $1
Dr Pepper $1
Gatorade (assorted) $2
Coca Cola $1
Diet Pepsi $1
Water $1

Come and get some food. We have a limited amount so don’t show up late. We look forward to seeing everyone again this year.

We will be giving away a $50 gift card to all people who come and get food. It will be a random drawing on Saturday evening.

We would like to wish all our customers, family, and friends a Merry Christmas. We pray that all have a healthy and happy Christmas season. So yesterday I spent 18 hours with 16 pounds of brisket and 70 pounds of pork shoulders. I fixed plenty of pulled pork for family and friends.

November 4th we will be setup at Central Elementary for a Hometown Holiday Vendor Event. We will have an assortment of smoked meats available. Our menu will include:
-Smoked boneless skinless chicken breast
-Pulled Pork
-Chicken wings and drummies
-Pulled Chicken
-Brisket
-Potatoes, Baked Beans, Green Beans
- And anything else I can fit in.

We will have plate lunches and sandwiches available along with an assortment of drinks.

We would like to Thank all of our customers that came out to support our business. It's been a long hot 2 days but Here's some of the numbers:

40 pounds of pulled pork
30 pounds of brisket
600+ smoked chicken wings
50+ slabs of ribs
200+ smoked chicken thighs
125 ears of corn
45 pounds of baked beans
100 pounds of potatoes
18 pounds of Queso Cheese
12 pounds of chips
50 hot dogs

4 cases of water
3 cases Gatorade
2 cases of tea
12 cases pop

We appreciate all of our customers and we appreciate all the military personnel whether active or retired for their service and dedication.

We also want to personally thank Greg Clark and Jason Easter for their help. I enjoyed the laughs and help more than you'll ever know.

We hope to see you next year.
