Monster harvest this morning lovers, the timing on that hard bait was perfect and the traps were stacked!

That means we’ve got extra crawfish taking a nice long bath in the purge tank right now, getting cleaned up and ready to hit your boils tomorrow.

Yes, you heard it right we’re opening the doors for orders TOMORROW (Sunday 6/7)! First come, first serve. Once they’re gone, they’re gone.

Also, We are now taking orders for the rest of June!

Good Afternoon lovers. Fresh update from the Farm!

The crawfish are looking prime right now yall, Yesterday’s and today’s harvest came through strong, and we’re sitting pretty heading into the weekend. If you haven’t placed your order yet, there’s still time but these crawfish are too good to miss!

We just received our shipment of hard bait yesterday and broke it out for the first time this season today. With the weather about to heat up big time, the timing couldn’t be better.

We are now taking orders for the rest of June!

Y’all really brought it this week, Thank you so much for all the support! We’ve been going nonstop, even adding evening harvests to make sure every pre order got filled.

This Memorial Day weekend, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women of our armed forces who made the ultimate sacrifice defending the freedoms we all enjoy. Because of their courage and selflessness, we get to gather with family and friends, and enjoy the simple blessings of this American life. We are forever grateful for their service and the freedom it protects. We honor their memory today and every day.

We have a full load of pre-orders to fill tomorrow (Monday). If you need crawfish, please call/text ahead for availability.

We’ll be closed Tuesday 5/26–Thursday 5/28 to move traps and get set up for the second half of the NC crawfish season. We will be open for pick ups Friday 5/29 - Saturday 5/30 only this coming week & closed Sunday 5/31.

Good afternoon lovers, Late last week we started draining our second pond of the season early so we could get it dried up by June and ready to get leveled. We will be draining one more in the next couple weeks once we decide which one that is as they are all producing great Crawfish right now.

Always best to drain into an expected few days of rain on the forecast to give them time to burrow without drying out. As you can see they have already started to burrow heavy with all the holes out there currently.

This is the first pond as you drive in the farm, and the pond that kept us going in August last year & started us off this year as well. While we are leveling it , we gon make that double driveway for yall!!

What better week than this week to unleash the 3 acre ponds, the crawfish coming out of here are flawless :)

Good afternoon lovers

This weather has us PUMPED.....Heater incoming, followed by showers which look good for the Ponds reset, We def gon be cycling some water next week finally , Been scared to run the well and throw anything off.

Yall ready for the real takeoff???? , Although we been harvesting since end of Feb, We been anticipating these days ahead for awhile now! There’s nothing like that NC Crawfish especially when it hits in abundance, We are so blessed with what were able to produce for yall right here on our farm! There's a reason our customers say we raise the Best Crawfish they've ever had.

We gon clean out the purge tank this evening and make room for this weekends harvest but very Booked up this Saturday so if you plan on ordering message us ASAP , we got a little room for this Sunday as well. Next week Saturday 5/23 is also very slammed but we plan to run the ponds HARD. We want to remind everyone we will have Crawfish 5/24-5/25 so don't be afraid to order those days instead🤣
