This year we will be offering our “Park & Ride” shuttle service both Saturday and Sunday! Don’t want to deal with finding parking, we’ve got you covered! Just park at Celebrations 150 (740 E Rt. 6) and hop on the shuttle provided by North Central Area Transit - NCAT. This service is free but we do ask that you consider a $2 donation to benefit NCAT. Drop off location is at the start of the Festival on Mill Street. Shuttles will run continuously on Saturday from 11-6pm and on Sunday from 9-5pm. A huge ”THANK YOU” to the Local 150 and NCAT for being our transportation sponsors for the 54th Annual Burgoo .

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

As of 11:05 a.m. on Sunday, September 1st, the primary parking area next to the Illinois River at the Starved Rock Visitor Center is now closed to additional vehicles. The lot has reached its maximum capacity and is expected to reopen around 3 p.m. today as parking spots become available.

Visitors are encouraged to follow the green Overflow Parking signs along the park road to the gravel overflow parking area, which is conveniently located just off Route 71 at the park's South entrance.
