Those Pickle Ladies Spartanburg's home of Fire & Ice Pickles: Texan Granny - sweet, Sizzlin Steer - mild, Red Rooster -

The recipe for our Fire & Ice Pickles originated from a true Texan grandmother who was the epitome of Texan charm, grace, good-taste and pizzaz. Like she, our pickles are "sweet in the front with a kick in the back" -- just like any good Texas woman should be! We hope you will try one of our four heat-level variations on this secret family recipe;
Texan Granny - a classic sweet bread & butter style
Sizzlin Steer - just a hint of BBQ flavor to let you know it's different
Red Rooster - a sriracha pepper based sweet heat pickle with a slow build burn
Pickles of the Dead - a Ghost Pepper based pickle, not for the timid
What level of heat can you stand!
