if your local WF is out of stock on ice cream you want, you can get a raincheck from the customer service desk.

Happy New Year!!

Since selling Galleria to new owners back in 2023 March, I have tried to keep a low profile, and was doing so until December, when I decided to take a 1 month part-time job over at Costco on behalf of HP.

It was fun interacting with customers (or MEMBERS as Costco would like them addressed.)

what was more rewarding was seeing many of my old customers, because, literally "Everyone and their Mom" shops at Costco. :D

as a quick update, during the 8+ months after Galleria, time sort of flew by and I just have a Real Estate Agent license and electric pressure washer (for washing cars).

Over at Costco, I tried to help match customers with laptops/ iPads for the comfortable performance for the price range. since Costco nor HP worked on any commission, I was easier to approach prospective customers without a monetary agenda. (Costco's free 2nd year warranty and generous 90 day return policy was also helpful.)

And the interactions also helped me realize the gaps in my "tech knowledge", which made me do some more research, so I don't completely sound like I'm pulling numbers out of my butt.
I thought it easier to compile the information and post it for everyone's reference, as well as mine.
On https://www.facebook.com/imjasonbang I'll be talking about things I like: tech, sports, maybe food? etc. questions raised by others as well as myself, and call out exploitive situations, like how Apple dresses up glorified MacBook Air with a fan and markets it as a "PRO" in a rant that happened to be my first post for the new year.

This is Jason, former manager of Galleria Market.

This is a very random post, but I've been appearing at some "random" places as of late as well: places like Whole Foods and Costco ;) among others.

Time away from the store had been great! haha, but I need to slowly get back into swing of things, and I'm using https://www.facebook.com/imjasonbang as the platform to post my thoughts on interactions with Customers and Members as well as friends as far as they will reach.

3.21.. Hello :)

some of our customers might have noticed the changes taking place at Galleria. (and don't worry if you haven't ;)

Besides moving the location of

We are trying out extended hours this month as well to be applied in April.

We are also expanding our staff, starting with someone who can help as a cashier. (no restriction on language skills, but if you speak another language besides English, it's a plus :)

Lastly, the new direction of the store will leave Houseware/ dishes and other taxable items behind, so we are clearing them out. (including Rice Cookers)
