Mike Roddy did quite a lot to make selling (some) of the apple orchard in Unity possible, ancient deed restrictions, surveying and other clutter in the way of closing. He is a great communicator and knows his way around real estate

There is an additional orchard in New portland Maine belonged to his parents whom are currently resting peacefully. & Now his... We wish to help maintain and keep that piece of land where they lay.. for generations to come and see just how beautiful nature can be..

We had to let go of a good portion of the Unity Orchard in these hard times, but we got to try to preserve the remaining land left in both Unity & New portland. It's hard to keep up in this digital time, when you have a small business such as an orchard and being the single only person doing it all.. & Have little technical knowledge to adapt to the world that exists today.

Howard, all he knows is this wonderful beauty that he's loved and cared for his entire life and he struggles to keep all of his life's work and everything his parents had left in his care..

This is his niece Liz. I've been trying to post stuff for him and help him to the best that I can in this digital age. I hope you guys reach out, call him, give him the work he needs and the support he needs to continue his passion and maintain what remains of our family land..
