And one more for the memory books , our daughter Emma getting a shout out from one of my favorite ice cream shops in Philadelphia - Zsas on Germantown Ave. This market was located at Rittenhouse square in center city- we miss you Philly💙

Now here is an oldie from one of our first farmers markets in Manhattan- our friend Joel offered us a spot at a new up and coming market downtown- look at how little Luca was- and at market. When I say this is a family business- it truly is!

There’s a new little entrepreneur at Down Home Acres 💛

Brooke has officially started her own little shop space in the farm stand, filled with mini treasures she carefully picked out herself — adorable resin animals, tiny duckies, squishy cubes, and other fun little surprises. She’s been so excited setting everything up and learning what it’s like to run her own small business.

It’s especially sweet for us because it brings back memories of our older daughter Emma, who used to sell her homemade lip balms in the stand (she may be bringing those back this summer) Watching our girls create, dream, and share their ideas with our community has been one of the best parts of this little farm stand journey.
