Innovation Foods is looking for dependable, reliable, and enthusiastic individuals to help with our Summer Food Programs! Apply today, and you will be eligible for our Summer Bonus Incentive! This Bonus Incentive will be paid out at the end of the program equal to $2.00 per hour worked through the length of the program. This is a summer-term, seasonal position. The right candidate may have some experience in a kitchen or food service setting but is not necessary.

This is 1st shift and the hours will be Monday-Friday starting at 7:00am.

Innovation Foods is the premier provider of creative, nutritional meals to children and senior citizens throughout Northeastern Ohio. Come join the team and make a difference in the lives of children and seniors every day.

The Summer Bonus Incentive Program runs from June 1st through August 31st.

We are hiring for:
• Production Line Workers
• Packers
• Warehouse Associates
• Prep Cooks

What you will be doing:
• Have a direct impact on the 7000+ high-quality scratch-made meals we produce
• Become part of a culinary team assembling meals for children and seniors
• Adhere to proper food handling procedures and storage
• Standing for extended periods of time while performing job duties is required

This Job Is:

• A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education
• A job for which all ages, including older job seekers, are encouraged to apply
• A perfect fit for High School and College students seeking employment during Summer break
