Edited to add: Sleepy Owl won't be able to attend this weekend, but we will still have Stone Soup Café Greenfield MA with delicious gluten free baked goods.

We have a variety of vendors who come once a month or on a flexible schedule. May had five Saturdays, so this coming second Saturday in June, we are getting to double all the fun.

This Saturday (weather depending), starting at 10:00, we will have BOTH Montague Public Libraries and the Great Falls Discovery Center join us with free kids’ activities and information for the whole family (until noon).

We will also have Stone Soup Café Greenfield MA (gluten-free) with baked goods starting at 9:00 AM! Stay tuned to our social media later in the week for menus and more info about all of our planned vendors.

We will be back in Peskeompskut park this Saturday with veggie starts, seasonal produce (rhubarb, strawberries, asparagus, etc.), beef and pork, eggs, jam, and more.

We will also have several artisans join us this week with woven items, handmade jewelry, DIY bracelet kits, printed nature-inspired linocut designs on clothing items (and prints), and apothecary products.

Community groups joining us this week are the Montague Reporter and Friends of the Montague Public Libraries. Come and support our local paper and bring your questions about the library project. We will also have information about a program for income-eligible households who qualify for Winserts (window inserts) to keep drafts out & help lower heating bills.

VENDOR UPDATE EDIT: With the forecast Jam by Marianne and will be postponing until next week. Hastings Farm may also not join us depending on the intensity of the weather in the morning. Stay tuned tomorrow morning to our story and channels for a complete vendor line up!

See you in the park!

We will be back in Peskeompskut park this Saturday with veggie starts, seasonal produce, beef and pork, eggs, jam, apothecary products, soap, artisans and more. We have it on good authority that there will be strawberries this week, but only if you are lucky enough to run to the market early. Early in the berry season, they go FAST. 🍓

Speaking of getting to the market early, returns this week with her bakery menu and fresh sourdough from Blueberry Hill. She often sells out of items; early birds will get to shop the full menu.

Two artisans making beautiful items using sustainable practices join us this week! returns with woven items made sustainably from thrifted and second-hand yarns with zero waste. We are also thrilled to welcome to the park for the first time, with nature-inspired linocut designs on thrifted clothes and a small selection of prints.

Don’t forget that this is the last market before June- come through, get your final stamps for your loyalty card before our end-of-the-month drawing, and use up the last of your HIP! Don’t know what HIP is? If you receive SNAP (formerly known as food stamps), you receive HIP- $40, $60, or $80 in farm produce every month that does NOT come off your SNAP balance. All you need is at least 1 cent on your EBT card to use HIP.

Rebecca is back this weekend! Come early to shop her whole menu- sourdough and baked goods go fast. 🥖🍪👩‍🍳😋
