Thanks for taking the time to check out my page. Several years ago, I started going out and foraging for edible mushrooms. Shortly after that, I started looking into the process of cultivating gourmet mushrooms. As I was learning the process of cultivating gourmet mushrooms I also learned the beneficial properties of a lot of these edible mushrooms. Lion’s Mane, for example, it boosts your brain function and supports your nervous system health among other things.  Lion’s, Maitake, Reish and Shiitake are all known to boost your immune system. There’s so much more and I would like to make these types of mushrooms available for my local community. These types of mushrooms cannot be sold in stores because of the short shelf life. I am so ready to start setting up at the farmers market next year. Not only would I be having fresh and dehydrated mushrooms for sale, I will also be selling supplies for you to cultivate your own mushrooms at home.
