Food Conspiracy Co-op is a community-owned, full-service grocery, wellness, and kitchen; on Historic 4th Avenue in Tucson, Arizona since 1971. We are on the ancestral lands of Tohono O’odham and Yoeme people, and commit to being thoughtful stewards of this land. WHAT IS A CO-OP

Since 1971, we’ve believed a grocery store should be a part of the fabric of the community: supporting small independent farmers and producers, creating local jobs, and giving back to nonprofits.

Summer means less cooking and more salads ☀️🥗

Have you tried our full selection of grab & go prepared salads? Made fresh daily with plenty of vegan and gluten free options, they’re perfect for picnics, quick patio lunches, road trips, or those “I don’t feel like cooking” kind of nights. Mix and match a few and you’ve got a whole meal!

Our current faves:
🥄 Cranberry Cashew Quinoa — refreshing, light, and perfect added to other dishes or salads
🥄 Curry Chicken — a co-op classic! Flavorful and well-balanced, with little pops of crunch and sweetness
🥄 Chipotle Hummus — the easiest way to turn anything into a flavor adventure, from baby carrots to bagels, chips, and sandwiches
