Fran,
You were our Brooklyn deli mahjong queen. A warrior fighting the unforgiving cancer within. Myself and everyone who has been blessed to know you felt a tremendous loss this weekend.

The little things you did for strangers and loved ones really had a big impact. You sparked lights. People always felt special around you and what a gift that was to feel. You lit up the room with unapologetic FRAN ENERGY which we will cherish and keep alive in the deli. Our condolences go out to her family.

Gonna miss you homie. But I know you found peace. Cheers to you

Please come play Mahjong this Sunday and every Sunday starting at 11am at Kneller’s. We can share stories, eat pickles, and remember our friend through tradition. I hope this one lives on.

Wouldn’t it be cool to have a deli/diner serving breakfast all day and night?

S**t happens. We deal with it. Pastrami is out for the day but will be back hot and steaming tomorrow. Sorry for the inconvenience and please enjoy one of our other specialties for once. Take a day off of pastrami. Broaden your horizon. Try some brisket. Love you thank you

Some of you have already noticed…we started expanding our pickle program.

We now make pickled green tomatoes and carry them daily. Other seasonal options coming soon.

Please enjoy

I remember dreaming of where we are now. It felt so distant but real. The little me can laugh aloud with peace and ease. To know this journey showed me light that shines through people’s eyes. The futures so bright.
