One last harvest from this Monday afternoon, extracting it tonight the 30th. It is a bitter sweet moment…
Super thankful for the bees hard work this 2026 season, this last batch will support a couple hundred bottles, based on what you guys purchase every weekend it is no where near enough for us to last till April (next possible harvest).
Massive amounts of work to get that raw honey into a bottle, a handful of rightfully deserved stings, a fully renovated honey house and all new equipment that is now paid off. With this little 200lb batch I’m feeling the market season coming to an end… hence the bitter sweet moment.
Thank you family and friends for the help, thank you markets for letting me participate, and thank you Tucson for trusting us to give you a local product!!! You have all helped this bee dude break even in 2026!!! Just wish I could be at that table for you during the winter. We’re expanding to 90 hives this fall, so I’m sure we’ll support everyone year round in 2027.
