We are a small dairy farm where we produce our finest quality dairy products, made in small batches with a big heart! The owners are young entrepreneurs who thrive to bring local products to the consumer. Where did this all start you may ask, well let's dive in.. Co-owner, Nicole Schofield grew up on the dairy farm known as Happy Acres where she soon met her best friend when they were both 9 year
s old (now co-owner Kyle Crowell) Over the years of working together everyday on the farm there love for the dairy industry grew more and more. After seeing the farm struggling during difficult times they put their heads together and decided that they needed to do something to make sure the farm can continue. After years of debating if this is the life they should follow and so many late nights of research and video watching they have finally created their dream. The dream to work together with the cows and turn the product into so much love and joy for both the customer and for them. All their product is made directly on the farm in a small shipping container with a 26 gallon vat, where they bottle milk, and make a variety of cheese.
