Tomatoes galore! I have 11 gallons in total so far! Waiting till everything is harvested and the garden season is over to prepare them for the canner! So i know what i can do. I have a short growing season so I harvest tomatoes when they are half ripe so the plants can start ripening the green ones, for the best and highest yield I can possibly have. The tomatoes go into the dark hall to finish ripening then into the freezer they go!
