Katy's Smokehouse all natural, no added preservatives, hand smoked fish. King Salmon, Albacore, oysters, scallops, an Katy's has been in business for 80+ years.

Still use her recipe and smokers. All our smoked fish is wild, line caught, all natural. Our Smoked Salmon Jerky was featured by Esquire Magazine. We also do an award winning canned fresh albacore that has been featured by Saveur magazine, Today show, House and Garden, Los Angeles Times.
