Welcome to Schaefer's Deer Processing, a family owned and operated business. We would like to bring to your attention several changes for the 2015-2016 Hunting Season.

*Deposits: All customers will be required a minimum $50 deposit PER DEER at the time of drop off. There will be absolutely NO exceptions!

*Hours: Please notice our new hours listed above. Shop hours are subject to change on a d

aily basis so please refer to our page or call the shop at 513-726-5307 to check for any changes. Please note, we are now closed 12pm-1pm for lunch. We will implement our late drop off schedule as we are available and based on weather conditions. Once again, you will need to refer to our page or call the shop for any updates. *We will be closed on all holidays*

***WE NO LONGER PROCESS WHOLE CARCAS DEER. ONLY BONELESS MEAT WILL BE ACCEPTED TO MAKE SPECIALTY PRODUCT*** Schaefer's specializes in turning your boneless venison into tasty products, such as our famous summer sausage, snack sticks, jerky, and more. All of these products come vacuum sealed, labeled and frozen. Meat brought in must be accompanied by a confirmation (tag) number and the customer must leave a deposit or pay in full before we will make the product(s). We no longer offer regular business hours during Ohio Whitetail Hunting Season, so please call ahead and make an appointment to drop off your meat.
