Hilbert's Honey Co.

There’s just something about the warm glow of beeswax in the fall. 🍂

Our beeswax luminaries are made to hold a tea light inside, creating a soft, cozy glow almost like a little lantern. They’re beautiful on a table, tucked into your fall décor, or given as a unique Michigan-made gift.

And yes… they smell just as good as you’d imagine. 🐝

Stop by Hilbert’s Honey Co. on 5 Mile Road in Traverse City and take a look! We’re open Monday–Friday, 10am–4pm.

There’s just something about a cool fall morning in Northern Michigan and a warm cup of tea. 🍯

Add a little Hilbert’s Honey and you’re all set. Simple, sweet and one of our favorite ways to start the day.

Fall is here… might as well make it a little sweeter.

It’s definitely not a 9 to 5 kind of job…but we wouldn’t have it any other way. 🍯🐝

Beekeeping has been part of the Hilbert family for generations, and there’s a lot to love about it. Long days, early mornings, working with the seasons, learning to read the bees and knowing that no two years are ever quite the same. It takes patience, hard work and plenty of respect for the tiny workers that make it all possible.

And views like this at the end of the day aren’t too bad either.

Happy Friday! Stop by and see us today — we’re open until 4pm at 3555 5 Mile Rd. in Traverse City

What’s your favorite fall recipe? Apple crisp, pumpkin bread, roasted veggies, cozy soups, homemade granola... we know everyone has that one recipe they look forward to making this time of year.

And the important question — does your recipe include Hilbert’s Honey? 🍯

There’s something pretty great about knowing where your food comes from — and who produces it.

At Hilbert’s, our honey is locally produced by some very hardworking bees and backed by five generations of beekeeping right here in Northern Michigan.

Local honey. Local beekeepers. A whole lot of busy bees.

Come taste it for yourself! Our 5 Mile Road location is open Monday–Friday from 10am–4pm.
