My name is Jen Stauffer, and I’m the Founder and Market Manager of the Trafalgar Farmers Market Corp. We are currently planning our upcoming Trafalgar Farmers Fall Market & Car Show in October, and we would love to partner with your business as a sponsor or in-kind donor for this exciting community event.

This family-friendly event brings together local vendors, small businesses, classic cars, live entertainment, activities for children, contests, food, and community fellowship. Last year’s event welcomed approximately 60 vendors and nearly 80 vehicles in our first-ever car and truck show, making it one of our most successful community events to date.

We are seeking support through monetary sponsorships or in-kind donations such as gift baskets, merchandise, gift cards, services, promotional items, or event supplies. Donations will be used for door prizes, contest awards, raffle baskets, and family activities throughout the event.

In appreciation for your support, sponsors and donors will be recognized through event advertising, social media promotions, signage at the event, and community acknowledgements leading up to and during the market.

Our mission at Trafalgar Farmers Market Corp. is to cultivate community by supporting local businesses, families, and organizations while creating memorable events for our town and surrounding areas. Partnerships from generous businesses like yours help make these opportunities possible.

Vendor Spotlight!!! Backyard Banquets is one of the BEST local catering companies! If you’ve not tried them yet, make sure you check them out this year at the Trafalgar Farmers Market Corp.!!!!
They pride themselves on being all made from scratch!
We offer full service catering or we can just drop off. No event is too big or too small! They can handle it all!
They also have a food trailer if your event calls for that!
Plus, the menu is customized to your event!
