Have you ever had a week where things start out rocky, and then they just keep getting a little harder and a little more stressful?

Farming, being a mom, and owning a business, stress comes natural. This week has been a little tougher than normal.

But this week, I am thankful.

I am thankful that everyone was okay.

I am thankful that people show you who they really are.

I am thankful that material things can be replaced.

I am thankful that the Good Lord is still saving souls and keeping His hand on us, keeping us safe.

So here’s to Friday. Because I don’t wait until next Monday to change the direction things are going. Every day is a chance to reset, refocus, and keep moving forward.

Making life easier by buying already prepped meals!

😍 tonight I am having the pork loin on the grill! 😍 when I get off work, I will have no prep work. I will throw the meal on the grill in a couple pans and do my chores at the house. And an amazing supper will be ready to eat. (I could have put it in the crockpot this morning) but since the big kids are at camp I will have a little bit extra time this evening to grill.
