Garlic Butter Steak Bites and Cheesy Smashed Potatoes

Ingredients:

For the steak bites:

1 pound sirloin steak, cut into cubes
2 tablespoons garlic, minced
4 tablespoons butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
For the smashed potatoes:

1 pound baby potatoes
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh chives, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:

Prepare the Potatoes:

Boil the baby potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and let cool slightly.
Preheat a griddle over medium-high heat.
Place the potatoes on the griddle and smash them lightly with a spatula.
Drizzle the smashed potatoes with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Cook until golden and crispy, about 10 minutes on each side.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the potatoes and cook until melted. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped chives.
Prepare the Steak Bites:

Heat the griddle over high heat and add the butter.
Once the butter is melted and foamy, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add the steak bites to the griddle, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned on all sides, about 8-10 minutes.
Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley.
Serve:

Serve the garlic butter steak bites alongside the cheesy smashed potatoes.

Steak Cheese Steak Quesadillas
INGREDIENTS:
1 (1 pound) beef top sirloin, thinly sliced
2 small onions, sliced
2 green bell peppers, sliced
1 cup barbeque sauce (such as Bull’s-Eye(R) Texas-Style Bold Barbeque Sauce)
8 (10 inch) flour tortillas
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Heat a skillet over medium heat; cook and stir beef until browned, 5 to 7 minutes. Add onions and green bell peppers to beef; cook
and stir until softened, 5 to 10 minutes. Pour barbeque sauce over beef mixture and simmer until sauce is slightly reduced, about 10 minutes.
Lay 4 tortillas on a baking sheet and top each with beef mixture and Cheddar cheese.
Top each Cheddar cheese layer with a tortilla.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes; flip the quesadillas and cook until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes more.

😋🍋💜 Refreshing Lemon Blueberry Cheesecake
Ingredients:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
3 large eggs
1 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Zest of 2 lemons
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
1/4 cup blueberry jam
Lemon slices, for garnish
Fresh blueberries, for garnish
Edible flowers, for garnish
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan and set aside.
In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Mix in the sour cream, vanilla extract, flour, lemon zest, and lemon juice until fully incorporated.
Pour half of the cheesecake batter over the crust. Gently fold the blueberries and blueberry jam into the remaining batter, then pour it over the plain batter in the pan.
Bake for 55-65 minutes, or until the center is almost set. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven with the door slightly open for 1 hour.
Remove the cheesecake from the oven and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Before serving, top the cheesecake with lemon slices, fresh blueberries, and edible flowers.

Slow Cooker Beef Ramen Noodles
Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 cup matchstick carrots
1 red bell pepper sliced
2-3 scallions rough chopped
3 garlic cloves minced
1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 14.5 ounce can chicken stock
2 ramen noodle packets
Sesame seeds for garnish optional
Scallions for garnish optional
Instructions
Brown and drain your ground beef.
Add the beef to the slow cooker.
To the slow cooker add your carrots, red bell pepper and scallions.
In a bowl mix together the garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar and chicken stock.
Pour the sauce into the slow cooker and stir to combine.
Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
About 30 minutes before serving add in your dry ramen noodles, discard the seasoning packets, you just want to add the noodles.
Stir those around frequently to make sure they get all covered and cook evenly.
When the noodles are tender serve!
I like to top with more scallions and some sesame seeds.

Enjoy the perfect combination of crispy asparagus coated in Parmesan cheese for a delightful snack or side dish!

Ingredients:

- Fresh asparagus spears, trimmed
- All-purpose flour
- Eggs, beaten
- Panko breadcrumbs
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- Garlic powder
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Cooking spray or olive oil

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a shallow dish, place all-purpose flour.
3. In another shallow dish, place beaten eggs.
4. In a third shallow dish, mix together Panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
5. Dredge each asparagus spear in the flour, shaking off any excess.
6. Dip the floured asparagus spear into the beaten eggs, allowing any excess to drip off.
7. Roll the asparagus spear in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
8. Place the coated asparagus spear onto the prepared baking sheet.
9. Repeat the process with the remaining asparagus spears.
10. Lightly spray the coated asparagus spears with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil.
11. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the asparagus is tender and the coating is golden and crispy.
12. Remove from the oven and serve the crispy Parmesan asparagus sticks hot as a snack or side dish.

Bang Bang Chicken Skewers

Ingredients:
Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 ¼ cups (290 g) mayonnaise
⅔ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
2 teaspoons Sriracha, or more to taste
2 tablespoons honey
Directions:
Prepare the Chicken:

In a large bowl, combine chicken cubes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
Thread the Skewers:

Thread 4-5 chicken cubes onto each soaked skewer.
Make the Bang Bang Sauce:

In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey until well combined.
Brush the Skewers:

Brush half of the bang bang sauce over the chicken skewers.
Air Fry:

Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Place the chicken skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer.

1 loaf Italian bread
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 pound ground beef
1/4 cup yellow onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
3/4 cup ketchup
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup water
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Chopped parsley, for garnish
Directions: Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the Bread:
Slice the Italian bread lengthwise into halves.

Pillsbury Biscuit Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs

Ingredients:

1 (16oz) container of refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
4 ounces mozzarella cheese (soft, shredded or diced string cheese)
4 tbsp melted butter (half a stick)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Pinch of salt

Directions:

Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Prepare the Biscuits:
Open the container of refrigerated biscuit dough and separate the biscuits.
Flatten each biscuit into a 3-inch circle.
Add the Cheese:
Place a piece of mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit dough circle.
Fold the edges of the dough up and around the cheese, pinching to seal and form a ball.
Season and Bake:
Place the cheese-filled biscuit bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt.
Brush the tops of the biscuit bombs with the seasoned butter mixture.
Bake:
