Sometimes life puts a brick wall directly in front of you.

You push.

You pray.

You work.

You give it everything you have...

and it feels like that wall hasn't moved a single inch.

I've learned that sometimes you have to stop trying to move the entire wall and start looking for one brick you can remove.

Maybe you need a different tool.

Maybe you need more wisdom.

Maybe you need to use the skills and abilities God has already given you.

And sometimes, you need other people to come alongside you—to help you push, help you chisel, or simply remind you not to quit.

Because some walls don't fall in one giant breakthrough.

They come down one brick at a time.

And that's where perseverance matters.

When you're tired.

When nothing seems to be changing.

When you've been praying and working and wondering if you're ever going to make it through.

“Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.”
— Galatians 6:9 NIV

If you know you're pursuing what God has called you to do, don't let resistance alone convince you to quit.

Take the next swing.

Remove the next brick.

Say the next prayer.

Take the next step.

And keep seeking the Lord through it all.

Sometimes He'll help you break through the wall.

Sometimes He'll reveal a path you couldn't see before.

And sometimes He'll show you that He was leading you somewhere different altogether.

You may not know what's on the other side yet.

You may not even see the progress you're making.

But don't quit just because the wall is still standing.

Keep praying.

Keep swinging.

Keep trusting God.

You don't have to tear down the whole wall today.

Just keep working on the next brick. ❤️
