UPDATE: SOLD OUT for June, now booking for July.

We have a quarter beef left on our June 24th butcher date. Pick up will be about 2 weeks after that date at Gary's Custom Meats in Union, MI.

Then next available date after that is July 29th, pick up 2 weeks later at Gary's. Quarters, halves, and wholes available.

Price is based on the hanging weight of the animal. Our current price is $4.25/lb. It is approximately $850 for a quarter, $1,700 for a half and $3,400 for a whole. This price does NOT include the cost of processing, which is due to the butcher at pick up. Processing will be about $200 per quarter of beef.

Payment to KAMINSKI FARMS is due PRIOR to pick up. We accept cash, check, card, EBT and Venmo. There is a 3% surcharge on credit cards, no fee on debit cards used in person.

*NEW* Starting next month we will offer a five cent per pound discount on CASH payments.

Beef is restocked! And pork is mostly restocked, smoked pork products will be in before the weekend! With this restock we got two more flavors of pork brats in. Pineapple-Teriyaki and Apple-Cinnamon!

We will also have a restock of chicken and lamb tomorrow.
