I have 3 of these made up today. When you just can't decide or want a small variety. This is my sample platter for $19.95. It includes a mini jam, and 4 cheeses (Triple Play, Red Rock, Foenegreek Gouda and Luna). I thought it might be nice for the Brew Station here in Three Lakes tonight.Whats going on at .the Brew Station, you ask? I'm so glad you asked. Tonight is game night! It varies from week to week with "Are You Smarter Than A 5th Grader?" "Music Bingo" and such. You form, or join a team. Come check it out, it starts at 7:00 but you'll want to get there early to get a seat!

I have a sweet story to share...
On Thursday a young couple came in and ordered a charcuterie board for their "date night" on Sunday. They were so happy and seemed excited about it. As I worked on their board I kept thinking of them. I was impressed that they carved out this time for just the two of them. On their receipt I wrote "Happy Date Night!" When they picked up their board they smiled and commented on the note. Today, they returned to the store and walked up to my work station. The young lady said, "Well, your board worked!", as she held out her left hand with a brand new engagement ring on her finger. They both just beamed as I congratulated them. I just love that I got to contribute in a small way and that they came back to tell me!

SAMPLE SATURDAY!!!
We will have samples of two of our new jams from Blake Hill, one sweet and one savory. Come in a have a taste😊
Also, coming up on Tuesday, June 2, the library will be here at the shop with a fun book and cheese pairing from 1-3, interesting, right?

Starting this Saturday we will be introducing a new item, combination or recipe to highlight something we think is deliscious. This week, it will be our new plant-based, meat alternative, fig salami.
Orange zest and Pepper or Pistachio and Cinnamon. "Try it, you'll like it!"
