"This has been a tough decision that has been on my mind for a while. As much as I love our market days, I need to prioritize my family and my health. With my kids getting older and involved in sports, and my work schedule being so demanding, I can no longer balance market weekends with our family life.
I am not stopping entirely, though! I'll be setting up a front-yard stand soon so you can still enjoy our homemade peanut butter without having to catch me at a market. Thank you for all your love and support—life is too short to be this busy!"

As we come to an end of 2025 our family Carlson’s Homemade Peanut Butter would like to thank you for another great year as we would like to share some numbers with you.
2024 we used 14 gallon of honey 1,150 pounds of peanuts.
2025 we used 18 gallon of honey 1,100 pounds of peanuts.
Even though our pounds of peanuts was less we profited just a bit more this year. We went to more places this year and felt like we spend more time at markets this year. We want to grow more so keep spreading the peanut butter around. Love you all.

To start of 2026 we are permanently bring back our variety packs!!! Find us January 3rd, 17th, 31at at Four Finger Distillery Lebanon from 10-12 for the Lebanon City Market. Then on January 10th we will be at Whitestown Parks and Recreation indoor market from 9-12. Both are great place to come shop local so support local home businesses.

For the month of December, we will be bringing back our variety packs which will include 3 ounces of every flavor. We have plain, honey jalapeño, honey, jalapeño, habanero, honey habanero, Carolina reaper, honey Carolina reaper, and our new flavor chocolate we will sell these for $25 each . Who knows we might keep them around all year long this year!

9/9 Lebanon City Market it was packed yesterday as it was our the JR market. Our 9 year old did the talking/selling and earned himself 20% of sales!!!
