Another weekend of College Football is upon us! 🏈 No matter if you are watching the game at home with your family or hosting a group of friends, we have something for you.

We have already had several deer dropped off, and we look forward to seeing more of your harvests as the season continues!

Along with basic processing, we’re offering value‑added favorites like summer sausage, jerky, snack sticks and brats. All of the meat from your deer will be vacuum-packaged.

Drop-offs are being accepted from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturday at our processing facility in Thomas, Oklahoma.

During deer season, we will still be offering beef and pork processing.

Deer season is here, and we’re excited to launch our deer processing service for 2026!

Along with basic processing, we’re offering value‑added favorites like summer sausage, jerky, snack sticks, and brats.

Drop‑off times:
Mon–Fri 8am–9pm
Sat 9am–9pm

To wrap up Food Safety Month, we have one more tip to share! A frequent food‑safety question is how long different types of meat remain safe in the refrigerator.

The USDA recommends the following cold storage guidelines:

Ground beef, pork, lamb; stew meat; variety meats: 1–2 days
Beef, pork and lamb chops: 3–5 days
Bacon: 7 days Fully cooked ham (slices or halves): 3–4 days
Chicken (whole or pieces): 1–2 days
Jerky sticks, pepperoni: 2–3 weeks
Raw sausage (beef or pork): 1–2 days
Fish and shellfish: 1–2 days
