The kidding count has risen to 3 with Ursula giving birth to twins. One brown male kid and one black female kid have been born, and both are thriving and nursing. The next step is for Ursula to deliver her placenta. Given the recent unfortunate incident involving a tree and my husband's Mustang, today's news is a pleasant change.

🐐 Queen Ginger has made a royal decree! 👑

Her Highness has officially decided that the clean hay I am actively trying to put in the feeders is not for eating... it's the perfect fluffy bed AND her new favorite scratching post! 😆

She dove right in, rolled around like a queen on her throne, and is now happily scratching her royal back while making herself right at home.

🌟 Happy news from the homestead! 🌟

Our sweet goat Sarah has officially "released her hostage"! 🐐💕
This morning, she gave birth to a healthy little buckling who's already up on his wobbly legs, walking around like he owns the place, and nursing like a champ!

Sarah is doing great — she’s already passed her placenta and is resting comfortably with her new baby boy.

Welcome Ginger and her baby boy Sunni! 🐐💛

Sunni was born March 21st, and we’re thrilled to bring him and his momma home to join his daddy, Oscar!

When the chance came up to reunite this little pair, we happily said yes. Watching our little goat family grow has been pure joy!
