📍$6/LB hanging weight for ALL heavy duty freezer paper. (I actually recommend this over vac sealing)
📍$6.25/LB hanging weight for vac sealing with ground beef in chubs
📍$6.50/LB hanging weight for vac sealing everything INCLUDING ground beef

👇👇TOTAL price varies on what hanging weight is, but here is a good average to look at what you would be spending for a SIDE (fore and hind quarter)👇👇
We like to get our SIDES of beef around 450 LBS. If you were to get a side, you would be looking at AROUND $2,700 TOTAL. You would get approximately 325 LBS of USEABLE MEAT (ground, steaks, roast, ect), the rest would be in bones and fat. You can do SO much with the bones and fat!!
If interested in WHOLE cow, just double above. If interested in QUARTER cow, divide by 2.
Keep in mind…When looking at a QUARTER cow, we ALWAYS recommend going with the HIND quarter as it is more bang for your buck with different cuts!!
👆👆This price ABOVE is APPROXIMATE to give yall a good idea of how much it could be, it WILL vary from cow to cow depending on weight but won’t be by much.
