Fresh lamb coming into the shop today!! Just in time for Easter. These lambs are born right here in CA, raised on pasture and cover crop grasses and harvested by us. Truly American lamb from our friends at Talbot Sheep Company. Come taste the difference and support your local shepherds!

The grass is tall and the beef are fat! We’re seeing a full house of grass finished, grain finished and Wagyu beef rolling through the butcher as we move into spring. It’s a great time of year to get premium beef.

Very excited to announce that we will have local pork from the Creston area coming into the shops next week! This is a heritage breed pork with exceptional flavor. Pasture raised on no corn and no soy feed. These pigs were raised right and Ranch finished.
