We’re excited to announce that starting this weekend, we’ll be rotating through some of our favorite homemade cream cheese flavors from the past, along with some brand-new creations.

First up: Jalapeño Cream Cheese!

Our Jalapeño Cream Cheese is the perfect balance of heat and creamy goodness. The spice from the jalapeños gets cooled down by the rich cream cheese, creating a flavor that’s hard to beat.

And when it’s paired with our Jalapeño Cheddar Bagel? Absolute heaven.

Today we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country 🇺🇸 We are so thankful to live in the land of the free because of the brave, and we don’t take that sacrifice for granted.

On this Memorial Day, we’re especially grateful for the opportunity to serve our community while remembering those who made the ultimate sacrifice.

Southampton will also be holding their Memorial Day parade today at 10:00 AM for anyone who would like to attend and take part in honoring this important day.

We’ll be open today from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If you’re out and about, stop bywe’d love to see you.

Fun fact:

In almost 22 years of operation, we’ve actually NEVER sold our hoodies.

From the beginning, they were meant to be gifts for our staff. First from Rob Waller, and now from Sean and Emily. Every year we pick new colors, tweak the style a little, and make something our crew can wear proudly.

A lot of times we dedicate them to loved ones we’ve lost. We wish we didn’t have reasons to dedicate them, but we’re grateful to be able to honor people who meant so much to this deli and to us personally. We happily sell T-shirts.
We’ve sold stickers.
But hoodies have always stayed a staff thing.

Usually the only way to get one is:
• Work at Waller’s Deli
• Know somebody who works at Waller’s Deli
• Or “borrow” one from someone who works here forever
BUT this summer we’re changing that a little bit.
Both our 2nd and 3rd place raffle baskets come with an official Waller’s hoodie, along with some other fun swag and gift certificates.

Question for our customers and community 👇

We’ve been thinking about our flavored cream cheeses again. We used to make a few different ones like jalapeño, blueberry, veggie, chocolate chip, and bacon chive and sometimes they sold really well, sometimes not as much.

We’re trying to figure out what makes the most sense moving forward.

If we bring them back, would you like to see flavored cream cheeses again in the deli case? If so, would you prefer we keep a couple staples on hand all the time (like veggie + blueberry), or rotate fun flavors in and out?

Or is plain cream cheese really all you need with your bagel? 🥯

Also… one of my biggest pregnancy cravings has been a bagel with cream cheese and bacon, so I need to know if this is actually a good idea or just a very specific, possibly selfish motivation 😅

We get fresh bagels in every day, so we want to make sure we’re prepping what people actually want. Let us know in the comments.

With absolutely no idea where the first half of May went we are STILL fired up for Memorial Day Weekend 🇺🇸

No matter what the weather says, we all know what Memorial Day Weekend means around here:
Summer is officially here. Besides being a beautiful time to honor the men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedoms, Memorial Day Weekend in New Jersey just hits different.

Bagels.
Pizza.
The shore.
Backyard grills.
Waller’s runs.
PA and New York plates somehow turning Route 206 into a parking lot.
And somehow… we still do it better than the rest of the country.
