Congratulations to Anthony on becoming the new owner of Di Lauro’s Bakery!

We’ve had the pleasure of working with Paul for many years, and he’s always been incredible to us. We can’t thank him enough for everything over the years.

Anthony has already been just as great to work with, and we’re excited to continue our relationship with Di Lauro’s for many years to come.

It’s great to see such a longstanding Syracuse business continue its legacy. Wishing Paul all the best and Anthony nothing but success in this next chapter!

The Ross is back! 🦃🥪

Our annual Thanksgiving sandwich inspired by Friends is officially back for the season!

We start with our seasoned, marinated, oven roasted turkey that’s hand carved fresh, topped with homemade gravy, stuffing, crispy fried onions for that perfect crunch, our homemade cranberry mayo, and of course, the famous Moist Maker! A slice of bread soaked in gravy right in the middle of the sandwich.

Everything you love about Thanksgiving dinner, piled high between two slices of bread.

Available every Friday and Saturday through November 21st, which will be our last day serving The Ross this year!

Walk-ins are always welcome, but we highly recommend calling ahead due to demand. That way, we can have your sandwich ready when you arrive.

For businesses looking to place larger orders, we’re more than happy to accommodate! We just ask that you give us as much advance notice as possible so we can plan accordingly.

And one last thing… if you’re bringing The Ross to work, we highly recommend putting your name on it. We all know how Ross feels about someone eating his sandwich. 😂

Day 13. The final day of the Great New York State Fair.

What a ride it’s been.

Every year, this day comes with a lot of emotion. It’s bittersweet. Our bodies are pushed to the absolute max, and part of us is ready for a break, but at the same time, we know something really special is coming to an end.

For the final day, I wanted to put the spotlight on the Fair Deli Food Truck itself.

Looking at where this truck started and what it has evolved into is pretty crazy. Every year we come back with a new idea, a new challenge, and a way to make it a little better than the year before. This truck has grown right alongside us and holds a lot of memories from these 13-day runs.

And somehow, before this Fair is even officially over, we’re already talking about upgrades and ideas for next year.

One more day to open those windows, fire everything up and give it everything we’ve got.

One last ride. Day 13. Let’s make it count. ❤️

Day 11 of the Great New York State Fair 🎡

This one means a lot to us!!!

It’s an honor to collaborate with Toss & Fire this year and see the Fair Deli Gambino Pizza on their menu at the Great New York State Fair.

When Fair Deli was first getting into the food truck world, Nick from Toss & Fire helped us out a ton and was always willing to give us advice. It’s pretty cool to think that years later we’re both here at the Fair and now have something with both of our names on it.

And I have to say, the pizza is genuinely incredible. Meatballs, marinara, mozzarella, whipped ricotta, hot honey, fresh basil and Romano. They absolutely crushed it.

If you’re at the Fair, go show Nick and the Toss & Fire crew some love and try the Fair Deli Gambino Pizza. Really proud to be a part of this one. 🖤💛

Today’s special: THE OREO DOG 🔥

Panko-crusted mozzarella, deep fried until golden, finished with a sweet icing glaze and crushed Oreos.

Sweet, savory and a must try.

The Oreo Dog is a Fair exclusive and we won’t be serving it anywhere else. We’ll have it for the final stretch while supplies last, and once we run out of ingredients, that’s it!
