This week we have a Thai Sweet Chili Chicken Salad made with Thai sweet chili aioli, jalapeños, apples, peanuts, and cilantro. Then we pile on mixed greens, cucumber, tomato, crispy onions, and Dumpling Daughter’s spicy sauce all on toasted focaccia.
