Myers Honey is used to make the Bee Hive Bourbon and the Stinger Rye. The Stinger Rye is aged in the barrel we use to make our Bourbon infused honey.

- A true blend of our 9-year Rye Wh***ey with 10-year Rum and 10-year Brandy, blended and re-barreled for 6 months!
Stinger Rye
- Our 9-year Rye Wh***ey finished in Honey Barrels from Myers Honey in Swanton, OH!
Beehive Bourbon
- Our 8-Year Bourbon finished in Honey Barrels from Meyer's Honey in Swanton, OH!
Spiced Rum
- Our 10-year Rum re-barreled with real cinnamon sticks, clove, candied ginger, and vanilla beans for 3 months!
Expedition Series #2
- Our 8-year bourbon finished in Octoberfest B**r Barrels from Ramblin' Red's Brewing Company in Wauseon, OH!
Maple Heart Bourbon
- Our 8-year Bourbon finished in Maple Syrup Barrels from Dick's Maple Farm in Montpelier, OH!

It has been a busy time here at Myers Honey, 1st we had honey to process, and hives to treat for varroa mites. 2nd Get ready for the Fulton County Fair, receive containers (had to get a picture to prove to the IRS why I need forks for the tractor), 8 days at the fair. 3rd, spoke at the Faith Evangelical Lutheran Church about bees and creation. (When the pastor motioned for me to speak, I glanced out the window to make sure the sun was still shinning and no lightning bolts close). 4th, 2 days of teaching 3rd grades from across Fulton County for Ag Fest sponsored by Fulton Soil & Water Conservation District. A quick trip to WTOL 11 for Good Morning Toledo promotion for the Oregon Honey Festival and then the Oregon Honey Festival itself. Our self-serve honey building is now restocked with honey and comb honey for everyone to enjoy. Time to catch our breath.

The Oregon Honey Festival is happing today rain☹️or shine. All of the vendors will be under a huge tent, so shoppers will stay dry. Unfortunately, the bee beard scheduled for 12:00 is cancelled due to the rain.

This is why I encourage people to buy local honey and meet the beekeeper. I have no problem showing people my operation.

U.S. honey producers have sued the USDA, claiming loopholes allow imported honey (especially from Brazil) to be labeled organic without meeting U.S. standards. They argue this misleads consumers, lowers prices, and harms domestic beekeepers, and seek to remove the organic seal from foreign honey.
