When you walk in our shop your nose WILL know if there’s raclette melting. It’s a hard scent to miss. 👀 but Zoe is a master melter and always knows exactly when to get the perfect cheese pull.

Come try our whole menu, including French Onion Soup, the Alpine Melt, and the Traditional! All smothered in melted Raclette! Available Thursday-Saturday 11am-5pm!

Meet Dawn!

During the school year Dawn works for one of TCAPS middle school cafeterias. This summer break she joined our market crew and has been rocking it! She has the cheesiest ideas from recipes to keeping our market booth running smooth. We are overjoyed to have her this season!

The workers are going home and you are not.

At closing time everyone else clocks out but as the bosses they get to stay and finish anything that doesn’t get done. But we have an awesome team and amazing customers that we are happy to work long hours for.
