🥩 MEAT the Team: Will!

Meet Will! Co-owner, butcher, and the guy who keeps everything moving behind the scenes at FMC.

From coordinating day-to-day operations and keeping everything running to cutting meat, troubleshooting equipment, and tackling the next project, Will wears a LOT of hats around here. If there’s something that needs figured out, fixed, planned, or done, chances are he’s involved! 😂

When he’s not at FMC, he’s usually spending time with his family, fishing, or raising cattle and pigs of his own. His love for agriculture and the livestock industry is a big part of who he is, both at work and at home.

There’s a whole lot that goes into running a meat processing business, and Will has his hands in nearly all of it. We’re pretty lucky to have him.
