Blueberry 🫐 lemon 🍋 loaf I sprinkled sugar on the blueberries to add a little sweetness to the lemon 🍋 zest. Yum! The loaf turned out beautiful. Certain inclusions I’m still working on..it’s an art for sure 😂 this bread would be amazing with cream cheese OR as French Toast. 🤤 I could hardly wait to cut into it ..I should have waited longer..but..it’s for me 🤣

🌶️1st picture is Big Jim Pepper it’s a mild to medium chile.
🌶️ 2nd picture is Jimmy Nardello it’s an Italian Heirloom known for their intense sugary sweetness and rich, fruity flavor with no heat.
Both plants are young and need to mature, it’s best to pull the fruit so the plant can grow.

🍞 I’m trying a few “new” inclusions for my sourdough, so at 2am I was feeding my starters. Yeah I know..I can do 1 big one, but we all have our own way of doing things lol…if you know you know 🤣🤪 anyway!! These things do have personalities 🙄 all from the same “mother” 🤦‍♀️ each are ready, but know your starters. This is why I don’t want to offer bread on a regular basis unless I’m making something for me..I’m to busy growing yours and mine PRODUCE! Not making bread! 🍞 I can’t wait to try my new inclusion.
