We’ve seen a lot of conversation about our menu, our concept, and our recent changes.

First, we want to thank everyone who has taken the time to follow our journey. Whether you’re excited about what we’re building or unsure about the direction, we appreciate that people care enough to talk about it.

BarTonio was never meant to be a copy of anything else. Our goal is to bring something different to Sullivan—a chef-driven concept featuring smoked meats, fresh ingredients, customizable bowls, nachos, salads, and other items that reflect our passion for great food.

As a new small business, we’re learning, growing, and listening every day. Not every menu item or decision will be for everyone, and that’s okay. We respect that everyone has different tastes.

What matters most to us is serving our community with kindness, consistency, and quality. We invite anyone who is curious to stop in, meet us, and try the food for themselves before forming an opinion.
