I am excited to announce that I have started using flour from Belle Valley Ancient Grains !! Instead of store bought flour that has little to no nutrition left in it.

Yes, it's not sprayed and contaminated with synthetic folate. Sourdough is SO GOOD for you. But, using store bought flour doesn't give us enough of the nutrition that we need. No wonder we are all sick!

Good Afternoon Sturgis

I recently took a job. I wanted to inform everyone the farm stand will probably only be a pick up location by pre-order only. I will be posting my new menu tomorrow.

I am going to work on time management but will probably only stick to one bake day a week depending on my schedule!
