What a blessing it was to be asked by Jayco to teach a sourdough class at their event! 🥖❤️

I had such a fun time spending the day with so many wonderful people who were eager to learn the art of sourdough baking. There’s something special about gathering together in the kitchen, learning new skills, sharing laughs, and building confidence to make healthy homemade bread for your families.

You all did an amazing job, and I truly think there are many future sourdough bakers in the making! 👏🏻

If you’ve ever wanted to learn how to make beautiful homemade sourdough bread without the stress and complicated techniques, this class is for you. My approach is simple, practical, no-fuss, and designed to give you excellent results at home.

We’ll cover:
🥖 How to care for and maintain a sourdough starter
🥖 Mixing and preparing your dough
🥖 The health benefits of sourdough bread
🥖 How baking your own bread can save money
🥖 The incredible versatility of sourdough for breads, rolls, pizza dough, sweet treats, and more!

This is also a wonderful way to spend your Sunday afternoon with friends or family while learning a valuable homesteading skill you can use for years to come.

Each participant will go home with:
✨ Their own sourdough starter
✨ Easy-to-follow instructions
✨ Their very first loaf started in class to finish baking at home the next day

Please bring:
✔️ A mixing bowl with a lid OR a towel to cover it
✔️ A skinny silicone scraper

Rain or shine, the babies are living their BEST life 💦🐥

Our little ducklings and goslings turned their kiddie pool into a full-on water park today, and honestly… we’re all a little jealous. 😂 Between the splashing, the zoomies, and the occasional dramatic belly flop, it’s safe to say they approve of this whole “springtime on the homestead” thing.

If you need a little joy in your day, this is it. Turn the sound up and enjoy the cuteness overload!
