Here is something new I’ve planted this year! This is a tromboncino squash. If pick around 12 inches this squash can be enjoyed the same as a zucchini! The best part, the seeds are only located in the bottom bulb area ! Leaving the entire long neck to be sliced or sautéd. Or this squash can be left on the vine to grow till they are 2-3 feet long and orange in color. Which they are said to taste and eat like butternut squash! I’m really excited to try these squash. And as you can see they are prolific growers. So expect to see them out at the stand soon. 😁
