You asked for it, and we delivered. Marieke Truffle Gouda is making her grand return to the cooler — and Brian is officially the happiest cheesemonger in Stoughton. (You’ll remember this one was his pick last time — it’s still his favorite!)

This rare, true farmstead cheese from Marieke Gouda is made with raw milk, aged over 60 days, and loaded with real black truffle. The flavor? Rich, creamy, deeply earthy, and absolutely luxurious. It’s the kind of cheese that turns a Tuesday into a celebration.

Shave it over pasta, melt it into eggs, build a charcuterie board around it, or just eat it straight off the knife (no shame in that).

When you’ve got over 100 combined years of whiskey-making experience between a father and son, you know the bourbon in the bottle is going to be GOOD. Master Distillers Jimmy Russell and his son Eddie Russell hand-select each barrel of Russell’s Reserve after at least 10 years of aging — and the result is a smooth, complex bourbon with rich notes of spicy vanilla and warm oak.

🟨 10 Year Cheddar — Now we’re talking. Crystalline crunch, rich umami, complex sharpness.
