Do you ever think about how many hands it takes to get your favorite sausage from our building to your table?

Sausage making is a process — one we’ve spent decades perfecting. It takes a crew who shows up, puts in the hours and works together to get it done.

Your hot dog deserves this kind of upgrade. 🔥

Mexican Street Corn Hot Dogs
Yields: 6 dogs

Ingredients:
2 cups corn kernels, charred (about 3 ears corn)
2 Tbsp mayo + 1 Tbsp crema or sour cream
Juice from 1 lime
1/3 cup cotija, crumbled
1/2 tsp Tajín
2 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
1 tsp oil
6 Mountain View Meats Classic Hot Dogs
6 brioche buns, warmed or toasted
Extra cotija, tajin and cilantro for topping

Instructions:
1. Elote style corn:
Place charred corn in bowl, toss with mayo, sour cream, lime juice, cotija, tajin and cilantro.
2. Sear the dogs: Heat grill or skillet over medium heat and add 1 tsp oil. Add Mountain View Meats dogs. Roll with tongs 5-6 min until plumped and blistering.
3. Build: Place hot dogs in buns, scoop spoonfuls of elote over top, sprinkle with cotija, tajin, cilantro and a squeeze of lime.
