Heart shaped co**has are back again this year! They will be available Friday 2.13, Saturday 2.14, and Sunday 2.15

Our baker will try his best to make sure we’re well stocked but please call ahead of time if it’s later in the day to make sure we’re not sold out for the day.

Some of our new customers have been asking if we make our Mexican sweet bread and pastries in house and the answer is YES! Our bread is made from scratch by our panadero (baker).

Our baker grew up with the scent of cinnamon and warm co**has in the air. His mother worked at a traditional Mexican bakery (panadería) in Guanajuato, Mexico and as a small child he spent much of his time there as his mom worked. As he continued to grow up in that panadería, he observed and learned from the skilled bakers there. He eventually took baking and pastry classes to perfect his craft. If you’ve had any of our Mexican breads, you’ll taste the traditional goodness of this beautiful, delicate craft that’s been passed on amongst multiple generations in our culture.

Our co**has and other pastries will be waiting for you at 1221 W 4th st in Sterling. If you’re lucky (and early) you will be grabbing fresh, warm bread right off of our baking racks.
