We are hiring at Gore's Meats' Gore's Edinburg Foltz Plant! 🔪 We are looking for a self motivated, reliable, and willing to learn team member to help our team provide meat processing services to local customers through the harvest floor and pork room.
Harvest & Pork Room Assistant: will include learning to harvest livestock with an emphasis on skinning, gutting, sanitizing, cutting pork off bones, grinding and seasoning sausage, assisting with set up of the cutting room, cleaning, and being flexible to help with other jobs- running errands, unloading deliveries, helping with Gore's Meats company tasks, etc.
We align the position's goals with Key Result Areas and conduct a 1, 3, 6, and 12 month review with compensation discussions, so progression in the position has a clear outline- starting with no experience $17 and no cap on progress or benefits.
