Whitetail Valley Farm We are a small family farm centered on sustainable production, prairie, woodland, wetland and wildlife stewardship. We honor our Swiss family heritage.

We grow modern, vintage and rare antique apples for sale and to craft into fruit wines in our winery. Go to the animals in the fields, they will teach you. Go to the birds in the air, they will inform you. Go to the fish in the waters, they will tell you. Speak with the earth, it will instruct you. Know that the life of every living thing
is in the hand of God,
and the spirit of every human being. Job 12:7-10

Our small farm in southwest Iowa is dedicated to renewal of the spirit. We seek to live in close daily contact with God's Creation. We seek to live as stewards of the Creator's gifts through sustainable production, restoration and preservation of the native prairie ecosystems, native woodland development, wildlife habitat establishment, soil and water conservation and the simple joy of living close to the land. We hope to share the beauty of this place and the joy of this life with any who want to experience a little of this special place with us.

It is a beautiful fall day at Whitetail Valley. We are featuring fresh baked Pumpkin, Apple, and of course Chocolate Pie! Plus our meat, cheese, charcuterie plates and full beverage selections! Take out to go orders too! Enjoy the goodness here, at your favorite autumn spot or just down the road at Viking Lake! Life is uncertain... Eat dessert first!

Celebrate October at Pie-toberfest out at Whitetail Valley Cellars Winery this Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We have pumpkin pie, apple pie, chocolate pie, cheesecake and of course our lineup of great wines. For those who need warming up on a fall evening we also will have warm non alcohol c***r and maybe even find a cup of coffee. And don't forget our charcuterie, meat, cheese and chocolate selections too! Life is sweeter in the fall.
