LaGrander's Hillside Dairy is a family owned and operated cheese manufacturing facility located in the rolling farm lands of west-central Wisconsin, just southeast of Stanley. Hillside Dairy began as a small farmer's co-op in the early 1900's. The original plant was destroyed by fire in 1925 but was rebuilt at its current location. In 1960, Hillside Dairy was purchased by Dannie and Lorraine LaGra

nder and we are now into our third generation of cheesemakers. Under the guidance of Master Cheesemaker Randy LaGrander, we produce some of the finest cheese in the country. Our award winning Colby, Colby-Jack, Pepper Jack, Monterey-Jack, and Cheddar cheese are our specialty along with the best fresh cheese curds around. We also have many other cheese varieties in our store so check us out!
