An everyday classic at Zaida’s Kitchen! Guacamole!
From our recipe book to yours.

Ingredients:
• 8 avocados, halved, pits removed and inside scooped
• 1 bunch of cilantro chopped
• 1 tomato chopped
• 1 onion chopped
• 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
• 1/4 water
• Salt to taste

Directions:
• Add all ingredients into a large bowl
• Mash with a potato masher until the avocado is a smooth texture

Enjoy on tacos, memelas, alongside chips or over your favorite grain bowl.
