Doré is my baby and my brainchild...this is something I've been working towards since I was 8 years old. I am a certified chef, culinarian + a baker, personal chef & caterer. Palette.: Golden ⤷ Doré (Door-ray) means "golden" in French. Golden is the middle name of my paternal grandfather who taught me how to cook. It is because of him that I love and have a passion for cooking. Soul ⤷ In everythin

g that I create, I put my heart, passion and soul into it. Now although, my concentration/specialty is Soul Food (soon to be Cajun/Creole Soul Food), it definitely is not the only cuisine that I make. My goal every single time is to give you the best flavors and leave you wanting just a little bit more! Palette ⤷ Purposely spelled palette and not palate ... I use my palette of spices, ingredients and soul to paint your palate with my flavors! Home of my new line of frozen desserts: Golden Sweets. Catering menu is coming soon!

I was informed that today is International Chef Day! 🥰🧡 (I had no clue lol)

If you know one personally or a few, do something nice for them. Send a little thank you token. Take em out for a drink. Offer to cook for them. Bring them takeout or Uber them dinner lol GIVE THEM A BACK OR FOR MASSAGE!

It’ll go along way, ‘cause this industry is not easy & bring understand under appreciated.
