Springdale's only full-service supermarket has a great soup and salad bar along with EVERYTHING you need for your visit to Zion National Park. Our deli makes sandwiches, wraps and paninis to order as well as in-house prepared entrees and desserts as an alternative to eating out. We carry gluten-free, organic, ethnic and gourmet groceries along with conventional food items.

For fans of this fascinating book, Benjamin Lorr devotes quite a bit of time discussing Slawsa. This is a cabbage-based condiment the author uses as a case study of an independent product trying to break into the mass-retail grocery system. You'll find Slawsa in our produce department; and it is excellent.
